Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialist - Supply Growth Acquisition located in Chennai. The Specialist will be responsible for driving supply growth, managing acquisitions, conducting market research, and overseeing program management. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential properties for acquisition, negotiating and finalizing agreements, analyzing market trends, and ensuring seamless program execution to support the company’s growth strategy.

• Excellent communication skills for negotiation and relationship management
• Program management skills for overseeing and coordinating various initiatives
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site in Chennai
• Background in the travel, hospitality, or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
