About the job: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy and execution, a strong command of the English language, and a passion for creating engaging content, this role is for you. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with in-house designers to bring creative ideas to life and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights. - Content Development: Plan and create engaging content calendars, ensuring consistency across platforms. - Execution & Management: Oversee scheduling, posting, and day-to-day management of social media channels. - Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships. - Analytics & Optimization: Monitor social media metrics, assess campaign performance, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. - Collaboration: Work with designers to execute compelling visual and video content. - Content Creation: Generate unique content ideas, including reels and video-first content. - Brand Voice & Consistency: Maintain a strong, authentic brand voice across all platforms. - Crisis Management: Address negative feedback or potential crises effectively and professionally. - Innovation: Continuously experiment with new formats, tools, and creative approaches. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in social media management and strategy. - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. - A creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and content creation. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences. - Proven ability to develop successful social media campaigns. - Hands-on experience in creating reels and video content. - Analytical skills to interpret performance data and refine strategies. - Ability to collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Bonus Skills: - Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). - Comfortable and confident in creating on-camera video content.
