Job Description

As a Specialist Revenue Acceleration at Mastercard, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies, generate actionable insights, and lead end-to-end projects to deliver impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue Optimization: Identify revenue opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and implement revenue assurance processes to drive sustainable revenue growth. - Insight Generation & Reporting: Utilize business analytics to generate actionable insights for pre-sales efforts, pricing optimization, and customer engagement. - End-to-End Project Management: Independently lead cross-functional projects by engaging with Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, and Billing teams to deliver successful outcomes. - Executive Storytelling: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrate a deep eagerness to learn about Mastercard's Services business, technical systems, economic drivers, and billing processes. - Analytical Expertise: Possess advanced quantitative analysis skills to develop financial models, identify key insights, and drive informed decision-making. - Project Management Excellence: Prove ability to decompose complex projects, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in building trust and fostering productive relationships across diverse teams and functions. - Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling expertise, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Experience: Five or more years of relevant experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field.
