Specialist - Professional Services

As a Specialist - Professional Services at OSTTRA India, your primary focus will be on delivering implementations & integrations. You will work on various project types within the FX&S pillar at OSTTRA, ensuring successful handover to the operations teams once live, and conducting day one check-ins with customers. Your responsibilities will include finalizing readiness for production migration, undergoing UAT phases, setting up required static data, configuring systems, establishing connectivity & integration, coordinating transformer development, and creating routing in IC. Additionally, you will ensure all integration changes undergo necessary checks and follow outlined standards. You will collaborate with project managers, solution design managers, and other internal stakeholders to deliver positive customer experiences during implementations & integrations. Keeping the project manager updated on project status, risks, issues, and dependencies via PSA system will be essential. Your role will also involve creating and tracking UAT plans, producing required documentation in standard formats, managing time effectively, and developing cross-training materials. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of message formats such as FIX, XML, JSON, or CSV. Working effectively in a team, defining detailed workflow processes, demonstrating customer-facing skills, and being a creative problem solver are key attributes. Strong communication skills, process-oriented mindset, organisational skills, and ability to fulfil project tasks in a timely manner are crucial. Understanding the services offered by the OSTTRA FX & S pillar will be advantageous. The working hours in Gurgaon are from 12 pm to 9 pm with some tasks, including deployment changes, required on Sundays.
