Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a key role in supporting the Professional Development (PD) processes for BCN staff. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing PD initiatives, ensuring timely and effective support across the employee performance management cycles. Additionally, you will be involved in training and development activities as assigned or as per team needs. Key Responsibilities: - Support with performance reviews that drive a high-performance culture - Prepare and implement the mid-year and annual PD calendars, including preparing base data files, eligibility data, and cycle-specific inputs - Maintain and manage PD-related data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to review timelines - Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor PD metrics and progress tracking - Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to PD processes professionally and sensitively - Support with the annual compensation benchmarking exercise, including coordinating with the vendor, analyzing JDs, identifying key roles, and mapping market data - Identify and deploy process automation in partnership with other stakeholders where possible - Support in driving the mentor-mentee program and trainings Qualifications Required: - MBA (HR) preferred with 5-7 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to a consulting environment is a plus - Strong understanding of HR functions, including performance management, policy implementation, data analysis, and process design - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, with the ability to manage MIS, dashboards, and reporting - Effective communication skills with a problem-solving outlook - High level of attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical capabilities - Demonstrates adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative team spirit - Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism Additional Details: Bain & Company is a global consultancy known for helping ambitious change-makers define the future.
