Specialist - Product Implementation

Role Overview: As a Specialist in Product Implementation at Greytip, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by on-boarding them successfully and meeting their project expectations within timelines. You will be responsible for visiting clients across India, presenting training sessions, collecting feedback, and coordinating with the team to provide a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR, including usage, configuration, implementation, and value proposition. - Proactively build strong customer relationships and provide training on product features and usage. - Handle customer escalations and provide support for various implementations and modules. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and develop competence in using all information systems for application implementation. - Ensure completion of all project-related activities to enable continuous tracking and improvement of the implementation process. - Follow defined processes and checklists with regular updates, and share timely reports on activities performed. - Contribute actively towards self-improvement and team development, handling a minimum of 10 projects per month. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline. - Maximum of 3 years gap in employment. - 2-3 years of corporate experience with customer interaction. - Experience in client engagement and resolving queries through effective telephone and email communication.
