As a Security Specialist of Analytics at Electronic Arts, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive process improvements, create metrics reflecting operational performance, visualize data for enhanced decision-making, and present information to relevant stakeholders. You will play a key role in building and refining operational metrics, improving efficiency through process optimization, and developing presentations for senior leadership. Your strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies will be crucial in this role. - Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within security operations. - Coordinate with the GSOC Manager to design and implement key metrics for measuring GSOC operations" effectiveness. - Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with various GPSR teams to develop necessary metrics for analyzing trends and optimizing resource allocation. - Lead process improvement initiatives in coordination with the GSOC Manager to enhance operational efficiency and reduce response times. - Document current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement streamlined workflows in close collaboration with the GSOC Manager. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven security strategies and solutions. - Build and deliver presentations that communicate actionable analytic insights, process improvement opportunities, and metrics to leadership. - Monitor the implementation of improvements, ensuring sustainable outcomes and continuous refinement with measurable goals. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data analytics, process improvement, and security operations. - Provide regular reporting on the progress and impact of analytics initiatives within the GSOC. - Perform any other duties as assigned. - Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, business, or a related field. - Strong experience in process optimization with excellent information management skills. - 3-5+ years of experience in statistics, data science, mathematics, business, or a related field. - Understanding of global security trends, including physical, cyber, and geopolitical risks, and their impact on corporate operations. - Exceptional analytical skills to assess complex security threats and develop actionable intelligence. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear reports for senior leadership. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on threat monitoring and analysis.,
