Monitor system health and performance to optimize hybrid configurations and improve scalability.
Troubleshoot and support Exchange-related issues using advanced skills.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain seamless service and resolve complex issues.
Develop detailed documentation and reporting on system and compliance status to ensure transparency and accountability.

Job Requirements

Degree in B.E or B-Tech with a strong foundation in computer science or related fields.
Experience supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise with a focus on hybrid configurations.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and PowerShell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Familiarity with IT security and compliance measures to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to work in shifts and relocate to Bangalore if necessary, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach.
