Job Description

As a Specialist in Marketing Operations at Mastercard, you will be part of the Global B2B Marketing Operations team, supporting and scaling lead generation campaigns through technology and operational excellence. Your role involves designing email campaigns, HTML email templates, lead capture forms, and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will develop target audience segmentation in SFMC, conduct A/B testing of emails, create automated journeys for lead gen campaigns, and manage lead routing. Additionally, you will measure and analyze campaign performance, communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in developing performance dashboards. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign assets and ensuring compliance with legal standards and privacy regulations are also key aspects of this role. Qualifications required for this position include: - An MBA (preferably) in marketing, communication, or a related field - Over 4 years of experience in marketing technology and automation - Hands-on experience with SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud; Certification in SFMC and experience in AEM are advantageous - Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building email templates - Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA, etc. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Openness to work in the EMEA time shift (12:00pm to 9:00pm IST) As part of Mastercard's Corporate Security Responsibility, you will be expected to: - Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices - Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed - Report any suspected information security violation or breach - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines,
