Endpoint Management with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager is the main topic. Perform system design, engineering, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of client infrastructure areas in Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Autopilot. Perform a modern device management with Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Develop an automated persona concept in Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Focus and implementation of process automation and drive creative innovations. Work in different IT projects in regards of Modern Device Management and drive them forward. Develop and optimize tools and processes to fulfill the needs of internal and/or external customers in the future. Create and communicate technical concepts and service-related concepts that fit all skill levels within the organization. Consultation and coordination with other Teams (IT, Engineering) Create and innovate global corporate IT standards. Operational support of the global ZF Software deployment Infrastructure services in a Co-Management. Your profile as Specialist IT Analyst - IT Expert Modern Device Management: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field With min 3+ years of working experience of the IT field in the areas Modern Device Management, Microsoft landscape Cloud solutions (Azure). Software deployment Infrastructure ,Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM, Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management) Script languages (e.g., PowerShell), Reporting Services (PowerBI, SSRS) English language skills (Proficient Speaker) .Analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills . Ability to diagnose performance issues and tune system performance. Work with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management ITIL, LFCS certifications will be added advantage
