The engineer will focus on maintaining and enhancing the availability, performance, and security of the global network infrastructure through hands-on engineering, structured fix, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a proven track record in Network Infrastructure Operations, with deep expertise across core networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Data Center, Load Balancers). Roles Responsibilities: Implement and maintain network infrastructure systems Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures Implement network security measures and standard processes Collaborate with multi-functional teams on infrastructure projects Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
