We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services to join our TECHNOLOGY SERVICES GROUP. This role is located in Pune-MH. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide support and manage the bank network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless, ASA/ Palo Alto firewalls, VPN, Cisco ACI, F5, NetScaler load-balancers and Infoblox DNS. Resolve network faults and failures. Must have good understanding and hands on network tools for monitoring, troubleshooting including SPLUNK. Implement changes to improve overall network stability and performance. Work with users and clients to resolve network connectivity issues and application performance issues. Maximize the use of toolsets to identify underlying networks issues and performance problems on the corporate network infrastructure. Work with Vendors on support cases and escalations. Provide off-hour support to resolve emergency incidents. Provide on-call support To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Must have 10 to 12 years of experience in networking and network security Extensive hands-on network implementation and troubleshooting experience. Solid understanding with routing protocols and switching technologies across multiple network platforms. Handson experience on Cisco ACI and solid understanding of terminology Building and troubleshooting L2L IPsec VPN Tunnels Cisco ASA Firewall administration (multi context mode with Firepower) and Palo Alto Firewall troubleshooting and configuration NetScaler and F5 Load Balancer troubleshooting and configuration Zscaler ZIA and ZPA troubleshooting and configuration Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification. Must be Bachelor of Engineering OR BCA Broad understanding of industry technology standards. The impact you will have in this role : The Enterprise Network Services team is responsible for maintaining the highest level of availability and performance of infrastructure across the enterprise. Responsibilities span across all ITSM areas (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Delivery). It also includes representing infrastructure services on projects and enterprise-wide efforts like Disaster Recover and Network modernization. It requires collaboration between operations, engineering, and architecture to maintain existing infrastructure as well as modernizing technology . Your Primary Responsibilities : Administer and provide 24x7 support all areas of the DTCC enterprise network including campus, WAN, DMZs, and extranets. Implement, and support new technologies within the network environment. Spearhead troubleshooting efforts with external clients, internal clients, and major incident management teams. Assist with key projects and deliverables, including pre & post implementation testing and planning. Coordinate scheduling and implementation of system maintenance, release updates, hardware upgrades, and/or new technology deployments adhering to stringent change management policies and maintenance windows. Execute performance and statistical monitoring to develop procedures and best practices which improve overall environment. Manages risk across the environment including scheduling maintenance and implementation of changes. Handles system events or major incidents with urgency. Escalates as appropriately required. CCNA Certification or demonstration of equivalent knowledge. Experience working in a global enterprise for a financial services company is a plus. Understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and the ability to analyze packet captures.
