Support day-to-day operations of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP, Route53, Terraform, AWS, Public registrar and Network services.
Prepare and maintain up to date documentation detailing configuration of deployed solutions. Generates network configurations, if required.
Be part of a network operations team whose daily responsibilities include performance day-to-day management and support of the production network.
Regular interaction with client service teams as well as technical experts from different vendors or providers.
Operate candidly and with respect. Honestly accept failures and respond quickly to corrective actions
Participation in evaluation and execution of Demands
BS Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.
Candidates MUST have a minimum of 5 years Infoblox, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, networking experience
Experience across Network administration; installation and configuration of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP and IT Networks, maintenance, troubleshooting and management with expertise in installation, upgradation, configuration and support of Infoblox DNS, and added advantage if additionally knowing LAN & WAN hardware, routers, switches, firewalls.
Thorough understanding DNS/DHCP/IPAM Management (preferred on Infoblox solutions)
Hands-on experience on Other DNS, DHCP Products like QIP, Microsoft DNS, AWS Route 53 DNS.
Hands-on experience on creating script to automate various Infoblox tasks will be added advantage
Hands-on experience on migrating DNS, DHCP from other products like QIP to Infoblox
Hands-on experience on DNS Domain, Zone migration from other products to Infoblox
Providing Infoblox DNS and other DNS or network design leadership; assisting in identifying and building solutions
Perform proactively all needed tasks for maintaining and restoring functionality, Daily Logs checks of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, NTP, Network devices.
Applying industry best practices to the design, planning, and implementation of the Infoblox, DNS, network.
Hands-on experience on AWS Route 53 DNS Infrastructure and AWS cloud knowledge.
Manages SSL/TLS Certificates associated with the Certificate Authority (CA).
Monitor Public (External) and Managed PKI (Private/Internal) CA SSL/TLS Certificates for upcoming expiration dates.
Revoke SSL Certificates which are no longer being used in both Managed PKI and Public CA portals.
Interact directly with IT Teams for troubleshooting of certificate and key related issues
Update and maintain documentation and process guides for requesting and distributing certificates.
Provide technical guidance moving some of the manual certificate provisioning process to a more automated method possible using other tools.
Assist in certificate coordination to ensure successful implementation, Process fulfillment requests (Service requests/Catalog tasks).
Find and recommend solutions for solving issues or for improving efficiencies
Collaborate with others global IT operational and engineering teams
Experience across Network security administration; installation and configuration of IT Networks, maintenance, troubleshooting and network user management with expertise in installation, upgradation, configuration and support of LAN & WAN hardware, routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless access points & controllers.
Working experience on various network technologies: Access-list, prefix list, offset list, distribution list, Route map, Dynamic & Static NAT, PAT.
Find and recommend solutions for solving issues or for improving efficiencies
Collaborate with others global IT operational and engineering teams
Provide an escalation point for global operational tasks
Respond to incidents and service requests according to the service level agreements
Analyzing network and device configurations. Problem-solving ability (Troubleshooting, resourcefulness). Ability to recognize and respond quickly to critical matters.
Experience with Network monitoring tools will be added advantage.
Advanced troubleshooting skills within a data center or large enterprise network
Participate in team projects and project/technology transition
Applying extensive industry experience to optimize network performance and proactively analyze potential enhancements
Evaluating technical specifications for interoperability
Creation of documentation from the existing infrastructure, planned infrastructure as well as updating existing documentation
Handling Technical Escalations received from Customer.
Understand and follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) within teams & vendors
Follow Various Industry Standard Process in-terms of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management, etc.
Experience in Multi-vendor environment will be added advantage
Preferred Certifications: Infoblox DNS or equivalent
Strong professional communication skills, both written and spoken
Motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment as well as individually without constant direct supervision
