Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

SQL Development:

Design and develop
T-SQL stored procedures, functions, views
, and
triggers
.
Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
Manage and maintain
SQL Server databases
and data integration processes (ETL).
Develop reports using
SSRS
,
Power BI
, or other reporting tools.
Ensure database integrity, backup, and recovery procedures.

SharePoint Development:

Develop, configure, and customize
SharePoint Online / On-Prem
solutions (sites, lists, libraries, workflows).
Implement SharePoint web parts, forms, and templates using
Power Automate, Power Apps
, and
SPFx
.
Integrate SharePoint with external systems and databases using
REST APIs
or custom solutions.
Manage SharePoint permissions, access control, and user roles.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in SQL development and SharePoint customization.
Proficient in
T-SQL
,
SSMS
, and
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
.
Strong understanding of
SharePoint architecture
, content management, and workflows.
Experience with
SharePoint Designer
,
Power Platform
, and
InfoPath
.
Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS for front-end SharePoint customization.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with
SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
and
React
.
Knowledge of
Power BI
or other BI/reporting tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration and security best practices.
Certifications in
Microsoft SQL Server
and/or
SharePoint
(preferred).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
