Job Description

As a Business Services Specialist in the Insights & Analysis (I&A) Hub at JLL, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of Researchers dedicated to monitoring country/city real estate markets across various property sectors and industries. Your role will involve contributing to top-tier research that sets JLL apart and gives us a competitive edge in the marketplace. Working closely with the Team Manager, you will play a strategic role that involves stakeholder engagement, project management, and team development. Your responsibilities will include possessing a strong domain knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry, overseeing research projects from planning to execution, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery requirements. You will collaborate with the team to develop research methodologies that address specific project needs and share best practices to upskill the team in Commercial Real Estate knowledge. Additionally, you will manage quality control processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, and act as a point of contact for stakeholders to align research with their expectations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate research, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You must be organized, methodical, and proactive, with the ability to multitask and manage workload independently. Strong written and oral communication skills in English, along with effective stakeholder engagement and people management skills, will be crucial for success in this position.
