to build robust data pipelines, integrate diverse APIs (including Large Language Models), extract critical insights from various data sources, and automate data reporting to drive key business decisions Education: - Bachelors Degree or Master s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master s degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor s degree, in HR Technology or a related field.
Work Requirements:
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like requests, pandas, numpy, SQLAlchemy, pyodbc, and openpyxl.
API Expertise: Demonstrated experience with API integration, authentication, error handling, and data parsing (JSON/XML).
LLM & Prompt Engineering: Experience interacting with Large Language Models and applying prompt engineering techniques for data tasks.
