Job Description

As part of HR Services, your role is crucial in providing services and business expertise related to HR processes. You are expected to combine professional business partnering with continuous improvement of services efficiently. Your key responsibilities include: - Performing general administration tasks within the HR Services team for all defined processes, tools, and programs - Executing Hire to retire tasks within the defined SLA - Updating all relevant process documentation - Acting as a contact person for the HR community and stakeholders regarding HR Services processes - Maintaining system-wide data through SAP and other HR systems - Handling standard inquiries and providing support through ticket service, email, and phone - Timely executing assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes and service levels - Identifying improvement opportunities in HR Services processes and overseeing the implementation of improvements - Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to employee and organizational data - Recommending modifications to systems and processes to ensure compliance with laws and company policies - Contributing to the creation of user manuals, process mappings, and communication of standards to employees and internal customers - Actively participating in workshops and meetings conducted by HR subject matter experts Key Relationships: - HR Services teams - HR Partners - Rewards Teams - Talent Acquisition - External authorities, consultants, and suppliers In terms of knowledge, skills, and abilities, you should possess: - Affinity and experience with HR and business computing solutions, including SAP HR, SAP OM, Success Factor, and Excel - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Team player mentality - Strong customer focus and service orientation - International mindset with experience in diverse teams - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and complete them in order of importance Qualifications required for this role include: - University degree - Minimum 7+ years of relevant working experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR - Proficiency in English - Experience with business computing solutions and SAP HR - Good knowledge of MS-Office applications - Fully qualified and trained in HR Shared Service set-up Please note that adidas values diversity, supports inclusivity, and promotes individual expression in the workplace.
