Specialist - GBS Master Data Management

As a Specialist GBS Master Data Management at Flex, you will play a crucial role in supporting the extraordinary teams in Chennai to build great products and contribute to the company's growth. Your typical day will involve various responsibilities, including: - Ability to understand purchasing and procurement methods and procedures - Managing transactional interactions with suppliers - Working with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs - Providing reports, information, analysis, etc., as required, in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a good level of public relations with outside suppliers and a strong partnership with internal customers - Maintaining the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup - Advising stakeholders of modifications from original requests - Obtaining price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers - Issuing resolutions with CAPA approaches - Supporting & co-ordinating with Peers & Senior Analysts for business deliverables The experience we are looking to add to our team includes: - Education: Bachelors Degree or Engineering Graduates (4-6 Years) - Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems BAAN/SAP/Oracle - Mandatory knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Excellent written and oral communication skills (MANDATORY) - Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) is preferred - Exposure to voice process will be highly preferred - Flexibility to work in all shifts You will receive the following benefits for the great work you provide: - Health Insurance - Paid Time Off (PTO) Join us at Flex, where we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion, offering you the opportunity to make a difference and invest in your growth in a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
