As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding purchasing and procurement methods and procedures. You should possess a preferred skillset in Mechanical commodity knowledge, including Fab Metal, Fab Plastic, Packaging sheet metals, Heatsinks, etc. Your role will involve reviewing commodity costing and cost optimization based on key material attributes, components specifications, and engineering. In this position, you will manage transactional interactions with suppliers and collaborate with supplier and buyer groups to resolve pricing and other terms and conditions. You will be expected to provide reports, information, and analysis in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining a good level of public relations with outside suppliers and fostering strong partnerships with internal customers will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining Vendor Master Records, advising stakeholders of modifications from original requests, obtaining price and non-pricing information from approved suppliers, and handling issue resolutions with CAPA approaches. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund. The work location for this role is in person.
