Specialist-Fintech Products

• Execution of Proposals under Fintech partnership including Customer onboarding, customer screening, limit setup through operations
• Handling and monitoring the Fintech based transactions by liaising with the Fintech partner team and Internal Transaction team.
• Maintaining Data and MIS for various reporting and presentation.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Help Product Manager Fintech for executing engagements with Fintech, technology companies in Digital lending domain for achieving targeted business numbers.
• Help in processing of customer onboarding from Fintech channel
• Track performance of the business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, # of accounts, fees, delinquencies, etc.
• To work towards automation and credit automation in order to provide consistency in decision making and faster TATs.
• Coordinate with Fintech partner, Credit and Operations teams for ensuring timely processing of proposals on system, customer ID creation, Disbursement updating.
• Prepare and validate Transaction files for daily upload through Transaction ops team.
• Testing of IT system developments based on the changes in Policy and processes.

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM or equivalent

Experience

• 1 - 3 years of product line experience (sales/credit/product/marketing) Micro & Small Enterprises Lending.
• Experience of working capital funding and technological capability is desirable but not mandatory.
