Key Responsibilities: - Deliver AFP with a focus on both top line and bottom line results - Take ownership of the overall business health and key metrics for assigned accounts, including Gross merchandise value, net revenue, Consumer Vol & Revenue, Returns%, Dilution Budget, Partner Profitability, etc. - Ensure brand presentation excellence on eCommerce platforms through managing PDP images, Content, Catalog, Visibility on the web & app, and Overall business operations such as inbound, DSO, Pricing & Promotions, Old season inventory liquidation, etc. - Develop the annual business plan at the account level aligned with the overall eCommerce business plan - Sign-off on the annual joint business plan (JBP) with all accounts, covering revenue, key metrics, inventory, and execution plan - Conduct periodic reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners - Implement product attributes and A+ content, including long & short product descriptions for each product - Conduct market studies to analyze competitor pricing, promotional offers, and best practices to develop an internal intervention plan - Collaborate with retail merchandising teams to identify product gaps based on Mega sale events and customer base - Manage the activation of promotions/offers as per the plan to optimize sales - Utilize Excel for organizing reports and monitoring sales, stocks & KPIs to identify opportunities Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in eCommerce business operations and account management - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
