As a Specialist in Data Visualization at the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) team, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing how patient needs and behaviors are interpreted. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will develop innovative methods of communication, measurement, and engagement with customers and patients through digital, data, and analytics technologies. Your primary focus will be crafting and implementing compelling data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights and foster intuitive information consumption for internal business stakeholders. The ideal candidate excels in creating user-centric visuals and dashboards empowering stakeholders with data-driven decision-making capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable visualization and analytical solutions using diverse data sources to build intuitive and insightful dashboards. - Implement best practices in visualization design to enhance user experience and drive business impact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements, conducting workshops to develop user stories, wireframes, and interactive visualizations. - Work closely with data engineering, data science, and IT teams to create scalable, business-friendly reporting solutions while ensuring adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards. - Identify opportunities for automation and streamline manual reporting processes through modern visualization technologies and self-service analytics. - Drive knowledge-sharing within the Data & Analytics organization, staying updated on industry trends, and continuously innovating on visualization best practices and technologies. - Deliver high-quality outputs in a timely manner, establish and maintain SOPs, KPI libraries, and essential governance documents. Required Experience and Skills: - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, infographics, and interactive visual storytelling. - Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, and ThoughtSpot. - Strong understanding of data engineering and modeling, ETL workflows, database technologies like Redshift and Snowflake, with skills in SQL and Python programming. - Experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, including Field Force Effectiveness, customer engagement, and digital analytics. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Product management mindset, ensuring scalable and user-centric analytical solutions aligned with business needs. - Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development in data visualization and analytics solutions.
