Specialist-Currency Management

As a Specialist in Currency Management, your primary responsibility will be to oversee currency operations at Cash Processing Centers, ensuring that all branches and ATMs are adequately stocked with cash to prevent any instances of cash outs. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Ensuring zero operational risks and losses by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP). - Maintaining the highest audit ratings in both internal and external audits with no adverse remarks, and closing all action points within the target date to ensure compliance. - Regularly inspecting all areas, especially critical ones, from both process and audit perspectives. - Providing accurate and timely reports to regulators to avoid any penalties or financial losses for the Bank. - Conducting constant reviews of processes and controls to maintain complete oversight. - Monitoring costs to ensure expenditures remain within budget constraints. - Supervising cash sorting in the processing room and ensuring that cash is sorted according to internal guidelines. - Providing training to branches on the security features of Indian Banknotes at regular intervals. - Ensuring proper checks and frisking by guards during movement in the Cash Processing Center area. - Maintaining the proper functioning of all security gadgets, conducting regular checks and servicing, and ensuring the backup and recordings of CCTV footage comply with regulatory requirements. - Daily cash sorting with zero pendency as per Turnaround Time (TAT) and optimal utilization of resources. - Mentoring and coaching team members to help them progress within the function. - Ensuring all security gadgets are operational every day. Education Details: - Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS). - Post-graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Arts (MA). Experience: You should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in this field.,
