Specialist - Business Analyst PMO

Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise PMO by bridging business needs with technical solutions across multiple workstreams. Your strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills will be crucial to ensure project alignment with strategic goals and successful delivery of business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders; progressively elaborate requirements through iterative engagement. - Data Collection and Analysis: Source and analyze data to inform project decisions, demos, and proof-of-concepts. - Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between project teams, leadership, and end-users to ensure clarity and alignment. - Solution Implementation and Testing: Support implementation of new solutions and collaborate with IT teams (Systems Analysts, Developers, QA/QC) to validate functionality. - Documentation: Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows; ensure accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders. - Project Coordination: Assist in meeting preparation, task tracking, and status updates; ensure billing codes and attendance are properly managed. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a PMO or consulting environment. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery. - Proficiency in documentation tools and data analysis platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in cross-cultural and global reporting structures.,
