Specialist Business Analyst

The specialist Business Analyst position at Birlasoft's office in Noida, India involves the identification and implementation of modern Product/Project management approaches for complex software-intensive projects. The ideal candidate should have a master's level education from a premier institute and possess the ability to work with teams at both the Program and solution level. Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with the Platform team and multiple application teams to conduct functional and technical requirements analysis, documentation, and validation for new and existing ML applications and Infrastructure development. The Business Analyst will also support the development of strategic themes, create program vision, prioritize the program backlog, and provide day-to-day support to enhance team members" Agile Practitioner skills. Furthermore, the Specialist Business Analyst will be responsible for creating and updating user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and other supporting documentation. They will work closely with the Program lead to interpret requirements and ideas, translating them into program deliverables.
