Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide advanced support and strategic guidance to clients.
Lead complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and perform performance tuning.
Support transition and transformation initiatives, including migrations and upgrades.
Act as a technical liaison between internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for AWS & OCI resources.

You Might Be Our Ideal Match If You:

Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Enterprise Managed Service environment.
Possess expertise in AWS, OCI, and other public cloud platforms.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
