Job Description

Own, manage and co-ordinate direct tax compliance filing of India and foreign entities with the assistance from third party consultants
Manage multiple third-party service providers to complete global compliance, VAT compliance and various global consulting.
Plan and coordinate with financial audits for India required for 12/31 and 3/31. Own and manage the Local and international monthly closure activities of global consolidation (journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis)
Prepare and initiate foreign currency settlement of India inter-company receivable and support bank queries
STPI regulations: Preparation and filing of STPI returns and to monitor and liaise with India banks to close the Export Data Processing Management (EDPMS)
Manage ad-hoc projects as and when requested and create and update standard operating procedures (SOP)

Education

:

Inter (CA), MBA, MCOM

Skill set:

4 + years of work experience
Excellent communications skills
Independent and Proactive
Ability to take Ownership
Ability to communicate across multiple business functions
Flexibility in working with teams in various time zones
