Specialist Architect

You will be a Specialist Architect with expertise in Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript. Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire technical process, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack solutions. You will also lead a team of developers, providing mentorship through SMART goals, code reviews, and best technical practices. Your role will involve setting and maintaining engineering standards by defining coding guidelines, CI/CD pipelines, and QA frameworks. You will be expected to evaluate emerging tools, suggest architecture improvements, and drive innovation within the team. Agile delivery will be a key focus, requiring you to drive estimations, mitigate risks, and ensure timely project completion with minimal defects. Client interaction will also be a part of your responsibilities, where you will present architectural decisions, influence stakeholders, and ensure the quality of solutions provided. Compliance and certification will be crucial, as you will be required to complete mandatory trainings and identify certifications for team members. In addition to your primary skills in Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript, you should have strong hands-on experience in both front-end (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end (Java/Spring or Node.js) technologies. Knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, relational & NoSQL databases, and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) will be essential. Your ability to architect and articulate complex systems, such as warehouse and retail platforms, will be tested. Prior experience working in Agile teams and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must. Overall, you will play a key role in technical community building by sharing domain/process knowledge and driving initiatives to enhance technical excellence within the team. Your expertise in Java, Microservices, API, and Kafka will be highly valued in this role.,
