The Security Officer ensures the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and property by patrolling hospital grounds, monitoring surveillance, controlling access, and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol hospital premises and monitor CCTV to prevent security breaches.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify identification.
• Respond to emergencies (medical, theft, vandalism, or violence).
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• De-escalate conflicts and assist with high-risk or agitated patients.
• Support hospital staff and protect assets, equipment, and information.
• Enforce hospital safety and security policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong observation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Knowledge of emergency response and security protocols.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or healthcare settings preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
