Special Educator

⏰ Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 2:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are a warm, child-focused day care and learning center for children with special needs, including autism, Down syndrome, and developmental delays. We are looking for a patient, caring, and dedicated Special Educator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with children with special needs in small groups or one-on-one
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and activity sessions
• Support children in daily routines, play, and basic life skills
• Track child progress and maintain simple records
• Coordinate with therapists, center staff, and parents
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment

Must-Have Skills (Creative)

• Creative with hands-on activities – able to plan and conduct simple art, craft, drawing, coloring, music, and sensory-based activities using easily available materials
• Comfortable expressing creativity with children – enjoys storytelling, singing, paper craft, DIY learning tools, and using art as a way to engage and calm children

Eligibility

• Diploma / Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
• Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
• Patience, empathy, and love for working with children are a must
• Basic communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Salary

• ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Salary based on experience and skills)
