Job Title: Program Coordinator / Operations Lead

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (experience based and Negotiable)

Gender: Female candidates only

About the Role:

Sonal Special Day Care Center is a special-needs school that supports children with autism, Down syndrome, and developmental delays. We are hiring a Program Coordinator / Operations Lead to manage daily operations, assist teachers, coordinate with parents, handle admissions, and maintain digital records. This is a meaningful role for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable around children.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations

• Manage daily class and therapy schedules
• Coordinate teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and smooth functioning
• Check classrooms and therapy rooms each morning

2. Digital Administration

• Maintain attendance (students and staff)
• Update fees, receipts, expenses, and inventory
• Manage Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Drive files
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports

3. Parent Communication

• Handle phone calls and WhatsApp communication
• Provide basic updates to parents
• Schedule school tours, meetings, and trial sessions

4. Admissions Support

• Respond to new inquiries quickly
• Maintain an admissions follow-up sheet
• Organize tours for interested parents
• Support basic social media coordination (optional)

5. Event & Activity Support

• Assist in planning events: Diwali Mela, Children’s Day, Independence Day, Annual Day
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and parent communication
• Support teachers in organizing activities for children

Requirements:

• Good communication in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Organized, disciplined, and reliable
• Empathetic and patient with children
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive
• Experience in admin/operations/school work is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
