Job Summary:
Rising Sun Child Development Center is looking for a dedicated Special Educator to support children with diverse learning needs. The educator will be responsible for planning and delivering individualized interventions, helping children build academic, behavioral, and daily living skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess learning abilities and plan individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Conduct one-on-one and small group teaching sessions.
• Use engaging, structured activities to support learning and development.
• Monitor and document progress regularly.
• Communicate with parents about goals, progress, and strategies for home support.
• Coordinate with other therapists for a holistic approach.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Ed or M.Ed in Special Education
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant training or internships may apply).
• Skills: Patience, creativity, clear communication, and child-friendly approach.

Preferred:
Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, or developmental delays.

Work Details:

• Location: Thumukunta, Shamirpet (Hyderabad)
• Timing: Full-time; Monday (10 AM – 7 PM), Saturday (10 AM – 1 PM)
