Special Educator (MED – ID, LD, HI Qualified)

Vision Special School is hiring a Special Educator with valid RCI Registration / MED ID to work with children with special needs. Must have good communication skills and passion for teaching.Interested candidates should apply at the earliest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and understand the individual needs of students with ID, LD, and HI.
• Develop and implement personalized education plans.
• Use specialized teaching strategies to support learning and development.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to ensure holistic development.
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Learning Disabilities (LD), and Hearing Impairment (HI).
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Empathy, dedication, and passion for working with children with special needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
