We’re Hiring: Special Educator & Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | MRIS - 51, a boutique school

Are you committed to inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs? MRIS-51, Gurgaon, is looking for a qualified Special Educator to join our Wellbeing Team and help create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.

📍 Location: On-site, Gurugram

🕒 Experience: Minimum 3 years in special education

🎓 Qualification: B.Ed. in Special Education or RCI-recognised Diploma

📅 Joining: Immediate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with students with diverse learning needs and creating inclusive classroom strategies
• Is skilled in designing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents and teachers
• Utilises specialised tools and techniques such as multi-sensory learning, visual schedules, social stories, and scaffolding
• Is familiar with assistive technologies like text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and learning support apps (e.g., SnapType, ClassDojo)
• Maintains accurate student progress documentation and communicates effectively with all stakeholders
• Works collaboratively with classroom educators, school counsellors, and therapists to promote a holistic support system
• Brings empathy, patience, and creativity to their daily practice while promoting a growth mindset in learners
