Special Educator

As a Special Educator for a premium school, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. You will assess students" learning and behavioral needs in order to design appropriate teaching strategies. Using adaptive methods, resources, and technologies, you will deliver lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Additionally, providing emotional, social, and behavioral support to students will be a crucial aspect of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with general education teachers and other professionals to support student learning - Tracking student progress and adjusting teaching techniques as necessary - Regularly communicating with parents/guardians regarding student progress - Participating in professional development activities to maintain certifications The qualifications required for this position are: - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters preferred) - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school - Relevant certifications or licensure in Special Education - Strong knowledge of various learning disabilities and teaching strategies - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, and the work schedule is during the day shift.,
