Special Education Teacher

The role at Manas Mantra is for a Freelance Special Educator based in Delhi, India, with the option of working from home. As a Special Educator, your main responsibility will be to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. You will utilize specialized teaching methods, monitor student progress, collaborate with teachers and parents, conduct assessments, provide tailored instruction, and maintain accurate records of student performance. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge and experience in Disabilities and Special Education. Effective teaching skills, especially with Middle School students, are essential. Excellent communication abilities are crucial, along with qualities such as patience, empathy, and strong organizational skills. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Any prior experience or certifications in relevant special education areas would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field is required.
