Duties and Responsibilities

∙ Providing training and technical assistance to teachers and education professionals.

∙ Work alongside the Program Manager to support local partners and ensure quality

implementation, including fieldwork to support school visits, work plans and training.

∙ Assist with organization of meetings, conferences, events and travel

∙ Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks

∙ Be committed to meeting the needs of a diverse student population.

∙ Facilitating workshops / meetings (both online and offline), as well as identifying resource professionals.

∙ Help and support in curriculum/content development and research

Required Experience/Skills

∙ Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, priority on cross disability courses (RCI Registered)

∙ Knowledge of best practices in curriculum design, and an advanced understanding of instructional strategies for students with autism, specific learning disabilities, Intellectual impairment and Multiple disability.

∙ Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of members.
