Job Description

To provide world-class technical support for in-service/delivered products and to influence maturity throughout the product life cycle to meet customer and business needs, ensuring Design Intent is met.
Key Accountabilities

Resolve the SPC backend day to day issues

Help in planning strategy for SPC Advancement

Execution of advancement plan in SPC

Coordinate for issues and resolution between commercial and governmental team

Execute yearly maintenance activities for Spare parts catalog updates like SPS Patching, yearly copyright updating, SAP transition if any planned

- Develop and approve the technical content of technical publications/communications (used by OEM, build/commissioning/maintenance bases and customers) including acceptance limit development.
- Ensure compliance with requirements specified by regulatory authorities and to adhere to technical and business requirements of internal & external stakeholders. Where delegated, act as the Technical Authority providing assurance on build, commissioning and maintenance activities. - Gather in-service data and carry out continuous improvement by identifying Best Practice and Learning from Experience activities, feeding back into future programmes and product design teams. Key Experiences and any Qualifications - Engineering or equivalent degree - Knowledge of components/ systems functionality and numerical methods

- Knowledge of spare parts catalog creation and PLM system.
- Experience of working on complex tasks that are novel and ambiguous - Strategic thinking for SPC development and advancement. - Experience in problem resolution for backend support in SPC - Experience in support/lead cross-functional teams e.g. specialists, suppliers, customers, partners
