Job Description: Spare Parts Engineer

Skillset:

• By referring R&D input, prepare SBOM as per standards for New Model / Variant Launch
• Create child parts, kit parts, drawing requests for spare parts availability in Engineering system
• Creation of Goods Basket and ISRL on time and provide recommendation to logistics on stock recommendation for new parts
• Modify SBOM based on on change management KEM/EO.
• Ensuring Customer Centric approach in managing helpdesk for market queries & its resolution within agreed timeline
• Optimization of Variants to avoid over stocking at Warehouse
• Release of Aggregate part setting / Kits / Tools drawing which enhances the customer to order the parts.
• Identify, document errors & inconsistencies in data transitions & generate reports
• Work on RPA for creating & sharing work files
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

Mandatory Skills:

• Should be familiar with after-sales service concept
• Engineering Drawing reading & interpreting
• Knowledge in understanding automobile parts and assemblies & child parts
• Japanese Language Skill N3 & above (Read / Interpret / Speak / Write)
• Quality mindset which achieves first time right at the task

Software Skills:

• SAP, DMU, MS-Office, CAD

Qualification: BE (Mechanical / Automobile)

Relevant Experience: 3-4 years relevant experience in Auto Industry.
