Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Spare Parts Management & Logistical Follow-up

Supply Chain Continuity:
Execute daily follow-ups with suppliers to ensure the timely arrival of critical spare parts for the EV manufacturing line.
Inventory Verification:
Maintain an accurate and updated database of spare parts, tracking stock levels against production requirements to prevent shortages.
Delivery Tracking:
Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve delays with logistics partners to maintain a 100% uptime goal for manufacturing equipment.
Documentation:
Organize and archive all technical manuals, warranty documents, and maintenance records related to spare parts procurement.

2. ESG & GHG Activity Tracking

Emissions Data Collection:
Support the gathering of activity data required to calculate
Scope 3
(value chain/sold products) emissions.
Support for External Assurance:
Help compile the necessary evidence and documentation for
third-party assurance
providers, ensuring data reliability for both "limited" and "reasonable" assurance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
3-5 years in operations, supply chain follow-up, or environmental data management, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
Sustainability Knowledge:
Familiarity with GHG protocols and the distinction between Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
Data Accuracy:
High proficiency in Excel and data management tools; ability to handle complex datasets with a focus on audit-ready accuracy.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate follow-ups across various departments, from procurement and warehousing to the sustainability team.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
