What You’ll Do

As a Spare Parts Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. You’ll work closely with our service team, customers, and inventory systems to manage and streamline the parts process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and supplying the correct spare parts.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels – monitor inventory, track movement, and place orders when needed.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and services.
  • Help manage special orders, warranty parts, and returns.
  • Support stock audits and help minimize non-moving or dead stock.
  • Maintain accurate records using inventory software (experience in DMS/ERP preferred).
  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to walk-in customers and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about vehicles.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: SSLC/+2; a Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an automobile spare parts role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts (preferably Tata).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
  • Good communication in Malayalam; basic English/Hindi is a bonus.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
