Job Summary:

The Spare Executive will be responsible for managing the spare parts section, ensuring timely availability of spare parts, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the service team with required parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of the spare parts department.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and accessories.
• Receive, check, and store incoming spare parts as per company standards.
• Issue parts to service technicians and update records promptly.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper labeling, binning, and storage of parts.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide correct information on parts availability and pricing.
• Coordinate with the service and sales teams for parts requirements.
• Maintain records of parts sales and prepare daily/monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Experience in a two-wheeler dealership preferred).
• Good knowledge of spare parts and inventory management.
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, DMS knowledge preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
