Spanish Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails in both Spanish and English regarding flight bookings and travel inquiries.
• Provide customers with accurate information on fares, itineraries, travel policies, and visa requirements.
• Assist clients with flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refund processes.
• Use GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and internal booking tools to manage reservations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in travel sales, customer service, or a call center environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
