Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Spanish Travel Sales Consultant located on-site in Tilak Nagar. The Spanish Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and other related services. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, providing travel options, making reservations, and offering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed travel information, and ensuring all travel arrangements are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations is a plus
