Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with prior experience in US calling and healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services.

• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

• Document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in

  Spanish and English

  (verbal and written).

• Prior experience in

  US calling

  and

  international voice process.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in

  night shifts

  and from the

  office.

• Experience in

  BPO voice support

  or similar customer-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  US Healthcare

  customer service.

• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
