Job Description

As the central point of contact for internal and external communications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the onboarding process for new healthcare professionals, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation and training. You will also be responsible for analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, as well as assisting in developing and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the central point of contact for internal and external communications - Facilitate the onboarding process for new healthcare professionals - Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Provide support to staff by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner - Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks, particularly in data entry and documentation - Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines - Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, patients, and external stakeholders - Identify issues proactively and contribute to effective solutions Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field) - Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Spanish speaker, 1-2 years of previous experience in call auditing, call monitoring, and feedback for the QA role - Skills: - Excellent proficiency in Spanish - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Technical proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams In addition to the above qualifications and responsibilities, you are expected to efficiently manage your time, prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, and communicate clearly and effectively in Spanish with patients and external stakeholders. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, analyze processes, handle change, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to regulatory standards will be critical for success in this role. Please note that the work conditions may include sitting for extended periods of time, operating assigned office equipment, and working in a very active and fast-paced office environment.
