Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Delivery: Expertly perform a wide range of massages (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Aromatherapy) and luxury body treatments.
• Guest Consultation: Accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments to address specific concerns.
• Service Excellence: Maintain a tranquil and professional treatment environment, ensuring the guest journey exceeds 5-star standards.
• Sales: Effectively cross-sell and up-sell spa retail products, ensuring inventory knowledge is current.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining immaculate treatment rooms.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Spa Manager regarding scheduling, inventory, and guest feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Education/Certification: Valid certification or diploma in Spa/Massage Therapy.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in a diverse set of massage and body treatment techniques.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, a graceful demeanour, and excellent fluency in English.
