Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant/Analyst in the Sourcing and Procurement team at Accenture's Capability Network (CN), you will collaborate with a diverse global consulting team to deliver sourcing and procurement solutions for clients across various industries. Your role will involve innovating, building competitive advantage, and enhancing business outcomes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the clients" business, priorities, and leadership agenda. - Co-create with the client, articulate transformation, and drive innovation agenda. - Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the client's C-suite. - Lead sourcing and procurement transformation projects including strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and procurement transformation. - Coach team members on various activities such as process assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, and implementation of recommendations. - Drive sales, revenue, and profitability for the practice. - Originate deals based on defined commercial pathways and drive innovative deal construct. - Support the development of cutting-edge points of view and articles to enhance Accenture's market equity. Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier-1 B Schools and BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in a Sourcing and Procurement Function in specific industries. - Demonstrated experience in leading sourcing and procurement projects, including strategic cost reduction and procurement transformation. - Knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer, etc. (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
