SOX/Financial Control Testing Analyst

As a SOX/Financial Control Testing Analyst, your role will involve performing SOX testing to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). You will be responsible for executing detailed testing of financial controls and processes in compliance with SOX requirements. It will be essential for you to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, collaborate with stakeholders for timely completion of testing, review financial reporting processes to identify control weaknesses, and document testing outcomes along with any corrective actions. Furthermore, you will contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring adherence to SOX compliance requirements and relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform SOX testing to evaluate internal controls over financial reporting. - Execute detailed testing of financial controls in line with SOX compliance. - Assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controls. - Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate testing completion. - Review financial reporting processes to identify control weaknesses. - Document testing outcomes, issues, and corrective actions. - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management. - Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in SOX testing and financial controls. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SOX testing, IFC, or financial control testing. - Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and internal control frameworks. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
