Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
• Explain the features and benefits of the product/service in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Hindi or English is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good computer and data entry skills.
